The rental process is simple and convenient. Once you make a reservation, simply bring your valid driver's license, a valid payment method, and proof of insurance to our rental location. After you sign the rental agreement, you'll be given the keys to your vehicle and you can be on your way.

It is mandatory to have and show proof of liability insurance coverage when renting a car from Avenue Enterprises. We also offer additional coverage options for your peace of mind.

Yes, you can make changes or cancellations to your reservation. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any necessary changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to your reservation. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before reservation are subject to change fees.

Our regular business hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Sunday, from 11:00am to 8:00 pm. However, we offer a 24/7 reservation service for your convenience. If you need to pick up or drop off your rental car outside of our regular business hours, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional charges may apply for after-hours service.

To extend your rental, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time. We will be happy to assist you with extending your rental.

Yes, we offer airport pickup and drop-off services at select locations for an additional fee. Simply contact us to make arrangements.

Yes, the minimum age to rent a car from Avenue Enterprises is 21 years old. However, drivers under 25 may be subject to additional fees.
